The cooktop has four induction zones, two of them expandable, with pan detection and residual heat indication. The smooth surface is easy to clean.

The trapezoidal body, the round handle and the raised column base recall the image of a seated meditator, reflecting the oriental tea ceremony. An infrared sensor is placed in the handle. Water is heated when a hand is waved above the sensor bar from front to back, and heating stops when a hand is waved in the opposite direction. The base is made of cast iron, which adds stability. The raised base stores the power cord and keeps the power connection away from water.

The transparent shell has high light transmittance, which strengthens the visual effect. Serena measures 478 mm in height and 260 mm in diameter. A touch screen and a smart control panel allow the speed and brightness of the returning liquid to be set. Serena adds humidity to indoor air and also acts as a decorative object.
