Flexo InForm

Flexo InForm is an assembly pavilion derived from an innovative design processes oriented to geometric-material performance. The process developed begins with the parametric discretization of a complex geometry inspired by the weaving of natural fibers typical of the Argentine Littoral region. Simulation algorithms use active bending behavior as a design tool applied to structures that base their geometry on the elastic deformation of laminar elements. The result is a low-cost mono-material pavilion, self-supporting, adaptable to any terrain topography, low weight and fast assembly.

Weaver is a therapeutic shoe designed for children aged 8 to 14. The shoe is developed through 3D scanning, pressure mapping and parametric modeling, so each pair matches the shape of one child's feet. The entire shoe is 3D printed in a single recyclable thermoplastic polyurethane, which reduces manufacturing complexity and waste. The print-knit upper follows textile knitting structures and combines directional flexibility with stability, so shoelaces are not needed. The zoned sole distributes pressure and helps relieve foot pain.

Designers can add details to the generated models, and any revision is made by entering new parameters. The method keeps one architectural style across a whole town and shortens the design process.

Luxura is a super luxury motor yacht designed for travel, relaxation and entertainment. The yacht measures 75 meters in length and 12 meters in beam, with a draft of 3 meters. The hull is made of high-grade steel, and the superstructure is made of composite materials with chrome and gold accents. The bow recalls the shape of a classic limousine. Six decks accommodate up to 30 guests and 15 crew members. A helicopter landing pad and two dinghies support excursions. Two engines of 3,000 horsepower allow a maximum speed of 18 knots.

Power management software adjusts output according to battery status and grid load. Charging is started by connecting a vehicle, and can be monitored through a touchscreen display or a mobile application. The exterior is made of lightweight composite materials with a weather-resistant coating.
