Believe In Yourself
Believe in Yourself is a ring created from sound. The shape is generated from an audio recording of a spoken message about believing in oneself. A microphone captures the sound, and parametric design turns the recording into three-dimensional curves. Each ring is shaped by the audio given as inspiration, so no two pieces are alike. The ring is made of 925 silver using 3D printing and the lost wax technique. It measures 20 by 30 by 30 millimeters and weighs 30 grams. The intent is to turn an invisible feeling into an object that can be worn.
