Venous Materials

Venous Materials project envisions a new way to design dynamic tangible interactions using fluidic Interfaces. It is a new type of interactive material that is inspired by veins systems in nature and throughout the human body. When the user applies pressure or motion to the material, it dynamically displays geometric patterns and colors. The different patterns are displays that function as tangible sensors, to animate dynamic graphics, to create responsive objects for learning activities, and to visualize body movement and balance.

Yamamotoyama

Yamamotoyama is one of the oldest and most established tea merchants in Japan. It has been the first to sell Green tea today. With the concept of Return to the origin of Edo, Nosigner have redesigned the packages to keep the traditional tea culture alive and pass it on to the future. To make them modern while retaining the charm of the long history brand, Nosigner referred to the traditional colors and structure of the scrolls with Yamamotoyama's original small crests and the calligraphy style of Edo.

Grundig Heinzelmann 75th Years Edition

Grundig Intermedia GmbH’s roots lie in the traditional German company, Grundig, which was founded in 1945 and achieved world fame with its radios and televisions. After the Second World War Germany was in ruins and so were most radios but new production was tightly controlled by the allies. Radio dealer Max Grundig saw an opportunity and built the ‘Heinzelmann’, a Grundig radio without tubes that was not officially a radio. And this was the same legendary design that was brought to life today.

EN Skincare

Designed for new Japanese cosmetics brand En, the store occupies of an 18th-century building in the center of the French capital. The name "En" translates as "beauty" in Japanese, but can also mean "circle" and "connection". These three translations all inspired the design of the store. On the ground floor are two bright minimal spaces, furnished with curving brass partitions and furniture. Meanwhile the basement reveals the building's history, with exposed stone walls and a vaulted ceiling.
