Strait Culture and Art Center covers an area of 143485.78 square meters with a total construction area of 152601.48 square meters. The architectural inspiration that derives from the city flower of Fuzhou Jasmine flower. These jasmine petals are arranged along the riverside in a fan shaped composition and form an urban sculpture and an image of the Jasmine Flower.

The integration reorganizes the resources, reforms the surrounding environment and improves the quality of public facilities with the cultural and pedestrian-friendly urban corridor, which enriches the cultural development of the city centre.
Continue readingThe heart of the Music School in Warsaw is a round-plan concert hall. The area divided in half between the audience and the stage allows to create a comfortable place for musicians and music lovers. The amphitheater arch surrounding young artists gives them an intimate workspace and sense of community with the audience. Wooden sail-shaped reflectors and a ceiling hanging in the hall give it a characteristic architectural expression. All of the acoustic aspects of the Konior Studio project were consulted with Nagata Acoustics.
Continue readingThe project is located in Hengqin CBD Island and classified as mix-used land, including office, conference, exhibition, apartment and retail. All functions are planned as a whole to forge it into a landmark. Inspired by "Kowloon map", the project has a unique and spiral shape rising from the ground to the sky to express speed, power, and vitality. In order to achieve such elegant form, state-of-the-art digital techniques are used to rationalize the complex shape and achieve cost control. The project is the combination of traditional Chinese totem and contemporary architecture development.
Continue readingIn Villa 22, water serves as the connecting element. Not only did water play a unifying role in the construction process when pouring concrete, it also has a defining function in which the villa is experienced and perceived. This is a villa in which a sleek geometric interplay of lines (with a leading role for concrete, glass, and wood) forms a symbiosis with the rippling water in the swimming pool. This alliance between the hard, unyielding nature of the concrete, the warm appearance of the applied elm wood, and the rippling water gives Villa 22 a welcoming and homely feel.

Realizing that the reason people conflict with each other is the difference in values, this animation expresses the difference in values that each person has.
